goooooo TMOBILE!!!! they made a bad week better!

Sooooo outside of fall cleaning...which was heavenly I might say, minus the going up and down stairs in a 3 story condo...my cell phone came up missing...was I fall cleaning too much?!? Nah!!!!, I think it grew legs and walked away into someones pocket...but thats for them to take with them, (Karma will get em!)..Anywho...I reactivated my old cell, which was no problem, since all my contact information saves to my Gmail account, thanks to having had a GoOgLe phone!!.  So anyway...I called Tmobile to basically see what they could do for their loyal customer about her BRAND NEW PHONE THAT WAS STOLEN (like less than a dang week!). So the rep sent me to their Loyalty Department...which I didnt even know they had...but the guy was wonderful...he let me get another phone at the same price, not so great, but better than $500 bux for a new one, and made sure I put the insurance back on my phone (this will be relevant later on). So while Im using the old phone later that night, it literally decides to go crazy on me!  It decides to go into what I have never seen before in all my cell phone ownership years... "safe mode" (like on your dang computer! grrrrr)...so being that I have all my contacts on my gmail account, (lucky me) I was able to use my house phone to continue to talk to my new friend Corey, which is irrelevant in all of this, but he's a great guy so Ill give him some props, whoot whoot! Back to my love of Tmobile...I decide that after we hang up at about 11pm...I decide to call them again to see if they can revive my phone. I told the tech rep that I needed someone to make my day, it was pretty bad, actually the week, and I needed someone to give me a break. Well after being on the phone with technical support for 55 minutes, and absolulely no luck with getting my phone out of safe mode, the end result was, with me so kindly reminding the rep that I needed something to go my way really and she had 5 minutes to make a bad day better (11:55pm)...dRuM RoLl PlEaSe...., Im getting a brand NEW phone for FREE,  B E C A U S E.....I had the insurance on my account!!!! WHAT??? nO FlIPpInG WaY!!!!!!!! I just started laughing! Because Im smarter than I realize sometimes...my having placed the insurance back on my account earlier that day with the Loyalty Department Rep with my old reactivated phone covered the phone completely!  ReAlY?????  OH MY...  So that brand NEW phone being expressed mailed to me FREE will be here probably the same time as my new replacement G2! Now Im going to have 2 brand new phones!!! what to do? What to do!!! So the point of this story is: 1) most importantly never leave your important brand new cell phone on the counter while you have someone in the house that is vindictive 2) always keep insurance on your account and 3) cry on the phone and ask someone for help and give them your sad little sob story so they feel bad for you and will help you out!  LoL Im having a wonderful day already today!
